At Matric Supplies we offer many grades of oils for various applications and distribute for many branded oil/lubricant manufacturers. We also offer own brand oils and lubricants, some of the products below are blended in house. If the product you require is not shown or you need advice, please contact the sales team who hold many years of experience and are happy to help.

Developed for the lubrication of machine tool slideways and tables, chain saw oils and certain types of gearboxes. Tackiness additives are incorporated to ensure the lubricant adheres to the moving parts. With superior wear control and corrosion and oxidation inhibition. Meeting the requirements of National and International specifications. Outstanding protection against corrosion and wear. Excellent antifoam characteristics. Superior thermal and oxidative stability. Good demulsibility. Suitable for chain saw lubricants. Can be used in certain gearboxes needing anti-throw properties.
An extended life water-mix fluid producing a milky emulsion when mixed with water. Giving good corrosion inhibition, low odour and is resistant to hard water degradation. Contains biocide but is Formaldehyde free and does not contain nitrites, phenols or chlorine. Suitable for machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals. For more difficult tapping and threading operations water dilution may be decreased for optimum performance.
Semi Synthetic Coolant - Syncool 189 is a clear blue cutting fluid which combines the long life and performance of the synthetic products with an added percentage of mineral oil incorporated into the formulation to improve machine tool lubrication. SYNCOOL 189 finds two areas of application, firstly as an alternative where traditional oily emulsions have been used and secondly where hard water and high levels of dissolved solids are encountered. May be diluted with up to 30 parts of water, giving stable emulsions. May be used on machining operations such as lathes, milling, reaming, boring, drilling and CNC machines.
Bactericidal System Cleaner - This product is designed to complement our range of synthetic and semi-synthetic engineering fluids. It is important that in order to maximise coolant life and minimise the risk of cross contamination of systems, water-based coolant systems should be purged of contaminated oils, swarf residues and particularly traces of bacterial and fungal contamination. Contains a comprehensive package of cleaning and biocidal agents designed to remove any contamination as cleanly and quickly as possible with the minimum down time.
Fast Drying Solvent Cleaner - A powerful, fast drying cleaner and degreaser for metal components. Removes excess oil, dirt etc quickly prior to painting or wax coating. Easy to apply and does not corrode metals.
Matlube Grease - is part of a range of premium quality semi fluid greases that have been designed for centralised lubrication systems. They are also suitable for anti-friction and plain bearings subjected to high load conditions and gearboxes designed to operate with a semi-fluid grease.
White Grease Aerosols - Ideal for lubricating Brake Linkages, Latch Cams, Window Regulators, Hinges, Springs, Stairlifts, Wires & Cables. It can be used in Anti-friction, Plain Bearings and Pumping Equipment where the ingress of water has previously reduced lubrication effectiveness, in particular sprinkler heads on Golf Courses. Ideal for use where for visual reasons a light coloured grease is desirable. With an operating temperature range of approximately -30 to 150°C. Safe to use on all metals and plastics.
